I have released on Bandcamp an album which was recorded a long time ago, but I felt that the message of the music is relevant in our current state of affairs. This is a live recording featuring Gary Thomas on tenor saxophone and flute, Drew Gress on bass, and Ralph Peterson Jr. on drums. These are iconic musicians. We did one recording for Criss Cross in 2001 and then I won a Chamber Music America grant and an Arts InternationalGrant. I was able to write a suite of music and then bring this band to the U.K. and Ireland for some performances. There’s some amazing playing on this collection of tunes. At the moment, the album is ONLY on Bandcamp because this is a way to support us DIRECTLY. Perhaps years ago I would have pressed CDs, but I think under the circumstances, I’m bringing the music out in the most direct way possible. CHECK IT OUT
